The study is the result of a campaign based on meetings with Pomeranian residents, during which interviewers gathered information from passengers and potential passengers of public transport. The result of all these meetings and the exchange of information is a marketing analysis developed and written under the direction of Dr. Adam Kotas. It is one of the tools that will make it possible to prepare the Fala ticketing system in such a way that it will be friendly and acceptable to passengers using trains, buses, trams and trolleybuses.
