On 20 December 2019, an open tender was announced for the Implementation in the area of the Pomeranian Voivodeship of a common system for organisers and carriers to collect payments for transport in collective passenger transport and a system of uniform passenger information.
This is a tender for the contractor of the Pomeranian integrated ticket FALA, which will allow passengers to travel with one electronic ticket throughout the province. The announcement of the new procedure was sent for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Recall: this is the second procedure for the preparation and implementation of the Fala system. On 16 December 2019, at 10.00 a.m., the deadline for submitting offers in the procedure (conducted in the form of a restricted tender) passed. However, the tender was cancelled because the bids were received after the deadline indicated in the documentation.
According to the timetable for the new tender, potential contractors for the system will have until mid-February to submit their bids. Due to the complexity of the bid examination and evaluation process, and assuming safe deadlines for appeal procedures, it is assumed that the contractor will be selected at the end of March 2020, while the contract with him will be signed in May 2020.
